If you are new to Portsmouth, moved back from being away, or have not registered before, you are required to show Proof of Residency:

How Does This Work?

Terms of Service

Registration Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years of age, present a valid driver's license or non-driver photo ID, and apply in person.
